Delivery terms & Privacy Statement
All orders are processed in EURO.
All prices include Danish VAT of 25% on orders.
Prices do not include delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes
and/or import duties at your own expense.
We accept payment by these following methods:
- VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron
- Mastercard, Maestro
- American Express
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay.
The amount for your order will not be charged until your order has been shipped.
- Orders tagged with PRE-ORDER. Pre-orders will be charged within 7 days from placement of the order.
- Orders to Germany that a pre-planned for shipment in August 2022 will be charged within 7 days. The specific shipping methods that this exception applies to are:

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. Then you will be informed by e-mail.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order.
SHIPPING IN DENMARK
Danish orders will be delivered within 1-3 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.
International orders will be delivered within approx. 1-10 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.
Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.
Some delays can occur during busy periods and public holidays.
Cobags ApS cannot be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Cobags ApS gladly accepts returns and offers you 14 days of return from the date on your receipt.
Please email us at email@example.com and note that you would like to return your items within the 14 days return period.
Goods must be returned unused and in same condition as when received with tags and boxing undamaged. You are allowed to test the item, but not actually use it.
Return of goods is at own expense.
Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account.
We will refund your amount to the credit card on which goods were purchased. This is to prevent illegal use of stolen credit cards.
Consumer complaints can be directed to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). Follow this link for more instructions: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
Although we aim that the website is accurate in all respects, we can not guarantee that all available products at Bikezac.com is in stock when your order is processed.
In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affects your order, we will contact you shortly via e-mail and give you the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.
When placing a pre-order on our webshop, we will charge the amount for your order when we proceed your order. Orders will not be dispatched before full payment is received.
We aim to keep the expected delivery stated in the item description but delays on the production can occur.
All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item.
This does not include defects caused by improper use, faulty maintenance or general wear.
In case of a complaint or a missing delivery, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number, images of the claim and a description.
All personal information is stored in connection with use of the website and webshop will be treated with utmost care.
The information we store will not be sold or used for any purpose other than to make sure you get the best possible service.
For security reasons, no payment information is kept in our database.

Der gives 2 års reklamationsret i henhold til købeloven. Vores reklamationsret gælder for fejl i materiale og/eller fabrikation.
Reklamationen gælder ikke fejl eller skader begået ved forkert betjening af produktet / ydelsen.
Bikezac Aps vil dække returneringsomkostninger i et rimeligt omfang.

VARENS STAND, NÅR DU SENDER DEN RETUR
Du hæfter kun for eventuel forringelse af varens værdi, som skyldes anden håndtering, end hvad der er nødvendigt for at fastslå varens art, egenskaber og den måde, den fungerer på. Med andre ord – du kan prøve varen på samme måde, som hvis du prøvede den i en fysisk butik. Emballagen skal leveres tilbage så den ikke er ødelagt, bukket eller skadet på anden vis.
Hvis varen er prøvet udover, hvad der er beskrevet ovenfor, betragter vi den som brugt, hvilket betyder, at du ved fortrydelse af købet kun får en del eller intet af købsbeløbet retur, afhængig af varens handelsmæssige værdi.
For at modtage hele købsbeløbet retur må du altså gøre det samme, som man kan i en fysisk butik. Du må afprøve varen, men ikke tage den i egentlig brug.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
