Our second generation Zipzac is part of our high-end collection. A sleek design makes it the perfect shoulder bag for any outing. A trip to the café for a cup of coffee or a trip to the market. The green felt of the bag reflects the values that the bag is imbued with. This bag is made with the intent of having impact, both socially and environmentally.
A bag made with impact at all levels
This bag was made with sustainability at the core of the process. Therefore, we have partnered with I-Did who share the vision for sustainable and impactful production.
100% recycled felt
The felt used in the bag is made from 100% recycled lashing straps. These lashing straps are a polyester material. Very strong and usually used for trucking. Once they are post-consumption, they are processed and turned into a strong a durable felt material. As they were originally lashing straps, the material is both dense, tight and incredibly durable.
The whole process takes place at the factory in Netherlands.
Sustainability is not just in the material used but also how it is made. Therefore, we are very proud to be working with I-did on this product.
I-DID is a social enterprise that started as an attempt to help refugees find safe and stable work. This mission quickly grew beyond just refugees and the focus is now on enabling and helping people regain/attain a stable work life.

1. Where do you ship to?
We are shipping to Europe and United Kingdom.
Shipping cost varies between €5-15 euro depending on:
- Destination of delivery
- Standard or express delivery method.
Free shipping is offered when the order contains 2 or more items (only applies for standard shipping, EU only)
Our couriers are:
- Deutsche Post (standard shipping)
- GLS (Express shipping)
- Post Nord (Standard Shipping, Nordic Countries only)
2. Where is my package?
Standard/ Free Shipping - Deutsche Post:
If the delivery destination is outside of Germany, Deutsche Post will hand over your package to your local postal service or DHL upon entry of destination country.
You can use the given tracking code on the local postal service.
In that case please find your local service in the list here:
GLS and Post Nord:
The tracking will follow all the way through with these couriers, and will not be handed over to local postal services.

3. Does it fit my bike?
Only use the Bikezac with standard luggage rack and standard mudguard. Classic mudguard support bar is neccessary for bag support.
Always fill the bag at least 50% up.
We do not recommend using our bikezacs for folded bicycles.
4. I want to return the bags, how do I do it?
Cobags ApS gladly accepts returns and offers you 14 days of return from the date on your receipt.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and note that you would like to return your items within the 14 days return period.
Goods must be returned unused and in same condition as when received with tags and boxing undamaged. You are allowed to test the item, but not actually use it.
Return of goods is at own expense.
Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account.
We will refund your amount to the credit card on which goods were purchased. This is to prevent illegal use of stolen credit cards.
